Change order
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 via WhatsApp and pass on your change.
Outside opening hours, send an email to servicioalliente@123watches.es with the subject CHANGE ORDER.
If your order is not yet in the sorting process, we can still change it.
If your order is already in the sorting process, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it. After receipt you can register a return via our website and indicate that you want to exchange the product. Do you want to receive the product quickly? Then order the correct size again and return the wrong size after receipt so that we can credit it.

NO - Then I think you have ordered a product(s) with a longer delivery time stated and it still has to be sent as a backorder. As soon as your backorder has been sent, you will receive a message from us immediately.

YES - Unfortunately we have not received this product yet but expect it to be delivered any time. As soon as your backorder has been sent you will immediately receive an e-mail from us.

Received wrong product

This way we can take your mail out based on the subject and quickly deliver the right product.
- Subject WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
- Add a photo of the incorrectly received product
- Process order number in the mail
